CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Regular vacuuming cannot harm a good carpet. Make sure that the vacuum cleaner does not have a rotating brush. It could damage the twisted yarn and consequently the strength of the thread.

Remove spills – or animal-made stains – immediately by absorbing the liquid with a clean cloth, gently applying pressure. Avoid rubbing the area. It could lead to the dirt penetrating deeper into the fibre and make it even more difficult to remove.

Take a sponge or another clean cloth slightly dampened with cold water and try to loosen the stain with a little bit of mild soap. Then remove the soap residue with a damp cloth. For stains caused by your pet, soda or bottled water will help before using soap.

As for viscose, we recommend using dry foam to remove stains. Viscose easily absorbs water, which can lead to a change in colour. If the viscose fibre hardens a little after cleaning, brush the area with gentle pressure.

To dry the damp area, brush the fibres in the direction of the pile. If the cleaned area is slightly darker due to the moisture, it will subside again in the drying process.

In some cases, it is necessary to repeat the process the next day. Unfortunately, not every stain can be removed. If this is the case, it is advisable to visit a professional carpet laundry.
